Our Work Case Study
Working with NSPCC, Blackpool Council and young people from the area, we devised a groundbreaking idea to support those young people in care, or on the edges of care, who continue to be at the greatest risk of developing mental health problems.
We ran workshops and one-to-one interviews to discover the challenges they faced and the gaps in support, then devised the branding, UX and marketing for a solution we named ‘Mind Dump’. This is a digital resource that offers in-app support in a young person’s moment of need. ‘Mind Dump’ acts as an online triage system for service providers, and combines productivity tools to improve youth workers’ interactions with young people.
